If you wish to delete your account or any personal data associated with our WhatsApp Bot, please follow these steps:

• Via WhatsApp: Send a message with the text "DELETE MY DATA" to our official bot number.
• Via Email: Send an email to support@topupbd.site with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your WhatsApp phone number.

What Happens After the Request?

Once we receive your request, we will remove your phone number, balance information, and any transaction history from our database within 72 hours. You will receive a confirmation message once the process is complete.
